Have you ever noticed that in movies there always seems to be a parade for someone to run through? A perfectly placed group of people (including a high school band) that gather together at the exact time that a cop is chasing a suspect through the streets. It doesn't even end there; in movieland people get on floats, hide in the parade, knock people over and the gleeful people watching just continue waving their flags and clapping their hands...totally unphased. Who are these people? Where are they? Are parades the key to a happy ending?
